Forms Home
A forms landing page to manage all existing forms, see key statistics, and create new forms. Users can create a Form from an existing sheet or create a blank form from scratch.
Form Builder
Form fields from an existing sheet will automatically be created. Users can add/remove fields and add custom elements from the right panel. Selecting a form field will display the field settings.
Conditional Logic
The top-requested feature by customers was to display/hide fields based on a condition. This can be configured in the Logic tab for a selected field.
Configuration & Review
A form theme can be configured, which consists of layout, colors, logos, and Smartsheet branding. Security and Form Submission settings are found in the Settings tab.
Form View
This is the end-user view of the form that is created. Smartsheet Forms is widely used amongst customers, and with the new design and features, it has expedited customer use cases significantly.
