Wisiwig Product Demo
We built Wisiwig for Chrome as an MVP for UI design with code for non-developers. The Chrome extension allows you to modify any UI across the web and generates the code of your edits. We launched in October 2022 and acquired 300 users by Spring 2023.
Chrome Web Store
We consistently maintained a 5-star rating and were featured on the Chrome Web Store as a top extension. We shipped 10+ versions over 3 months and iterated quickly for our earliest users.
Wisiwig.co
I designed and built our website using Webflow, and was the main driver for all web traffic. We averaged 600 monthly visitors and had a 5% user conversion rate. Our Slack Community was also accessible via the website, which had 150+ members.
Wisiwig Platform
Directly from our website, you can sign in and access all your saved UI designs. We track all your design edits, generate CSS/JSON code for the changes, allow screen captures, and have a unique shareable URL for each design. We also allow GitHub integration for Git issues to be created in organization repos.
Wisiwig for Chrome
In 2 months, we built and launched a Chrome extension that allows you to inspect and edit any UI across the web, whether it’s live in production or still in development. Behind the scenes, we are saving your design edits and generating the CSS/JSON, allowing you to share this with your product and development team.
MassChallenge & Beyond
We were accepted into the MassChallenge 2022 Early Stage Accelerator program as a top 5% applicant. We were able to build the main components of the business, complete market experiments, and launch our MVP by the end of the program. During fundraising in 2023, we were able to secure $80K+ in commitments from outside investors.
